How to Commission from Abroad
Send Photos
Submit high-resolution photos of your piece via WhatsApp or email. Show all sides and any damaged areas clearly.
Honest Assessment
We review your photos and send a written assessment: what can be done, what cannot, and an initial estimate. No commitment required at this stage.
Ship Your Piece
Ship to our Seoul atelier using an insured courier (DHL or FedEx recommended). We will guide you on packaging and address details.
Receive Your Restored Piece
Once work is complete, we ship back with insured packaging. A Before/After photo report is included with every commission.

Not every piece can return to its original state. Severe structural damage, deep leather cracking from long neglect, or irreversible deformation may be beyond restoration. We will tell you this honestly in our initial assessment — because your trust matters more than accepting a commission we cannot fulfill.

Do I need to speak Korean to commission work?
No. All international inquiries are handled in English via WhatsApp and email. You will communicate directly with our team without any language barrier.
Can I get a quote without sending my piece?
Yes. Send us clear, high-resolution photos and we will provide an initial assessment and estimate. The final price is confirmed after we receive the piece and conduct a physical examination.
Which courier service should I use?
We recommend DHL or FedEx with declared value insurance. We will provide you with our full receiving address and packaging guidance upon request.
How long does the process take?
Typically 2 to 6 weeks from the time we receive your piece, depending on the scope of work. Transit time is additional. We will give you a timeline estimate after assessing your piece.
What if the result is different from what I expected?
We align expectations in writing before any work begins. If a quality issue arises from our workmanship within 6 months of completion, we will rework it at no charge.
Is my piece insured while in your care?
We handle every piece with the care it deserves. We recommend clients insure their shipment at declared value for both outgoing and return shipping, as we are not liable for transit damage.
