Ship to our Seoul atelier using an insured courier (DHL or FedEx recommended). We will guide you on packaging and address details.
Once work is complete, we ship back with insured packaging. A Before/After photo report is included with every commission.

Typically 2 to 6 weeks from the time we receive your piece, depending on the scope of work. Transit time is additional. We will give you a timeline estimate after assessing your piece.
We align expectations in writing before any work begins. If a quality issue arises from our workmanship within 6 months of completion, we will rework it at no charge.
